Man! I tend to forget about this. It takes me awhile to get into a new habit. Another Halloween came and went again. Its so crazy how after Halloween comes the rest of the fall seems to fly by. I was my complete alter-ego as my costume for Halloween. I had fake tattoos and I was a tattoo artist!
School is still going really well I'm just ready to move on to different classes already. Next semester I will have a fun work load of classes.

Little Miss Eva. Our house has a lot of animals and it was easy for me to get used to the dogs because I've had dogs all of my life. The cat- now that was a different story. I was scared of it at first. I think I've been scared because my G&G Erickson had a really mean cat that didn't like kids... But now I like cats! Eva hangs out in my bed and sleeps with me all the time. Hillary says that she likes my room because I have a princess bed ha ha!
This weekend we went to a MSU hockey game. We played University of Montana (which whom are our biggest rivals) and we kicked their butts! My room mate Claire is in this picture with me. In a couple weekends we have the big football game which is in Missoula unfortunately...
I also went to a recycled fashion show supported by our school. It was a charity event that went to helping communities in Africa get clean water. My friends Annie and Marie were in the show and their dresses were made by some of our other friends. Annie's dress (on left) was made out of cupcake foils and newspaper. Marie's dress (on right) was made from used grocery bags and duck tape... kind of cool! I'd love to make a dress next year...

I can't believe we don't have snow yet! Normally at this time of the year we have a foot on the ground. But it is coming tomorrow yippee!

So the busy midterm week is finally over! I had 5 tests and a crazy MSU Friday... Now I have the last stretch the semester to get through then I will be at home at xmas time for a month! My Mom sent a box of food with Nancy for me and I have been eating pickles non-stop mmm. MSU Friday was crazy. We had a tour leaving the office of admissions every 5 minutes with tour size groups no smaller than 30 people. I like being a representative of MSU its fun to encourage students to come here because I know how much I love it.http://www.kbzk.com/news/prospective-msu-students-get-a-taste-of-the-university/ (my interview)
Nancy also cut off 7 inches of my hair. I don't think I've had this short of hair since I was a 7th grader its weird to have the back of my neck showing...
My roomate Christy and I...

Matt came to visit me in Bozeman this past weekend, it was so much fun! My friends were starting to wonder if I really did have a boyfriend... ;) Granted that these pictures are in a backwards order these are pictures from the weekend...
Matt in my kitchen playing on my computer because he discovered one of my games...
The pumpkin we carved together...
Us...
In mid action...
I took Matt up into my favorite canyon and he actually was the one to show me something I've never seen before
Matthew...
Palaside Waterfall... So we stood at the bottom of the waterfall and looked up like I usually do when I go there and Matt says "I want to go al the way to the top". Somehow we hiked up and around to get to the top. The view from up there was beautiful (as shown in the above picture of Matt).
My favorite lake...
Matt and I at the pumpkin patch on the tractor ride. Along with another couple we went with we were the oldest "kids" on the ride it was silly!
PUMPKINS!
Matt and I...
I took Matt on a tour of campus and we stopped at the Duck Pond. We have a duck pond on campus that is heated year round so the ducks stick around...
On our walk... I got a new camera this week so I was especially excited about taking pictures. This week will be awfully busy for me. I have 4 midterms and it is MSU Friday this week that day will be full of campus tours, talking to prospective students & parents then a football game this weekend. Go Cats!
Ta Ta for now!

First Post

Hi friends and family!
It has been so hard to communicate these past couple years when I am so far away so I decided what better way to let all of you know what I'm up to via the magical world wide web! So put me on your tool bar and check me out whenever you feel like it! Hopefully I will be consistent with this and keep it updated. Those of you who I haven't recently updated you on my life well... I am in Bozeman working on my junior year. I couldn't ask for a better place to go to school. Ever since I first learned how to ski my Dad and I were sitting on top of Big Sky ready to go down a run and I took one look around and thought "this is where I want to be when I grow up". I applied, got in, and I couldn't be happier. The fall is full of getting back together with friends I have missed over the summer, football games and taking advantage of the weather before it snows...YUCK! We have such an early winter here I wouldn't be suprised if it snowed tomorrow (I am not kidding). This year I am living in a zoo (not literally but figuratively) we have 5 girls in our house, 3 fish, 2 dogs and 1 cat...if only we had 4 of something hmm... just kidding. It is a good fit because I am never lonely and 4 out of 5 of us are education majors so its nice to help each other with classes/homework etc. Matt (my boyfriend whom is from DL) is coming to visit me this weekend and I am so excited to show him my world! I plan to take him hiking, show him off to all of my friends and we might even carve pumpkins. It will be a busy weekend with him here and getting ready for midterms next week. I will post pictures after the weekend!
Until next time... Lizzie
